Stubborn Problem 1: Stubborn grease stains on the surface of the fish food making machine mold head, which cannot be removed by regular wiping.

This type of problem has the highest incidence rate (accounting for 40% of cleaning failures). The core cause is the grease in the fish feed ingredients, which adheres to the mold head surface under long-term high temperatures, oxidizing to form a stubborn grease layer that is difficult to remove with conventional cleaning methods. If not thoroughly cleaned, it will cause subsequent ingredients to stick together and the molding effect to deteriorate. Solution: First, clean the surface of the mold head to remove dust and loose residue. Then, dilute a neutral detergent with warm water at a ratio of 1:8 and pour it into a container. Soak the disassembled mold head in the container for 15-20 minutes to soften the grease layer. After soaking, use a soft-bristled brush and a cloth dampened with detergent to repeatedly wipe the surface of the mold head. Stubborn grease can be gently scraped off with a plastic scraper. Do not use hard-bristled brushes or metal scrapers to avoid scratching the surface. After wiping clean, rinse repeatedly with clean water to remove detergent residue, and then let it air dry naturally to ensure the surface is free of grease and stains.

Persistent Problem 2: Hardened material residue clogs the die orifice of a fish feed production machine, and a brush cannot clear it.

This type of problem often occurs in the die orifices of medium and large extruders. The cause is that the die orifices are not cleaned promptly after production. Material residue inside the die orifices, after cooling and hardening, adheres tightly to the inner wall of the orifice, making it impossible to clear with a regular brush. Forcibly clearing it can easily enlarge the orifice and damage the die orifice. Solution: Use a combination of "soaking and softening + precise unclogging". First, disassemble the mold head and remove the mold piece. Place the mold piece in a diluted neutral detergent (1:5 ratio) and soak for 20-30 minutes. Add a small amount of warm water (40-50℃) to accelerate the softening of hardened residue. After the residue has softened, use a special stiff-bristled brush of the appropriate size to gently insert into the hole and rub back and forth to unclog it. Apply gentle and even pressure, avoiding excessive force. If a small amount of residue remains, gently insert a toothpick (for finer holes) or plastic filament (for coarser holes) into the hole and clean slowly. Never use metal wire, nails, or other hard objects. After unclogging, rinse the hole with clean water to ensure it is clear and free of residue.

Stubborn Problem 3: Scale and residue on the die head of the automatic fish feed making machine, leaving white stains after cleaning

This problem often occurs in areas with hard water. The cause is long-term cleaning of the die head with hard water. Calcium and magnesium ions in the water adhere to the die head surface, forming scale and white stains. This not only affects the appearance of the die head but may also cause raw materials to stick, affecting the molding effect. Solution: Avoid using strong corrosive descaling agents (to prevent damage to the die head material). Use a "white vinegar soak + gentle wiping" method. Dilute white vinegar with warm water at a ratio of 1:10. Use a cloth soaked in the diluted white vinegar to repeatedly wipe the scale and white stain areas on the die head surface. After wiping, let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the white vinegar to fully react with the scale. After the reaction is complete, gently brush away any remaining scale with a soft brush, then rinse repeatedly with clean water to remove any white vinegar residue. Finally, wipe dry with a clean cloth and allow it to air dry naturally, ensuring the surface is free of white stains and scale.
